“Good communication is at the heart of every successful relationship. It’s how trust is built, authentic connection forged and ambitions aligned. Open, honest communication means any problem can be overcome and every possibility explored. It allows curious minds to delve more deeply, and it fuels better solutions. It’s the oxygen that feeds a relationship and it needs respect, consideration and care. The quality of communication reflects the strength of any relationship. When it breaks down the relationship invariably suffers. And without it, there is no relationship..”

❓ What is your longest Client-Agency relationship?

Carlsberg Group: 14 years (and counting)!

The success of the Carlsberg Group relationship is demonstrated by Fold7 helping to make Carlsberg the fastest growing beer grand in grocery, developed campaigns which grew off-trade shoppers by 20% (the “Probably Not” campaign) and increased retail value sales by 20% (“The Danish Way” campaign).

🍺 And the strength and trust in the relationship is so clearly showcased with the “Probably Not” campaign, where Carlsberg Group owned up to the truth that the old Carlsberg beer wasn’t good enough! “Probably not the best beer in the world”.
