🔥 max hopkinson/ Hoppy had just come off stage at The Marketing Meetup’s hashtag#CampfireStories conference, where he delivered a brilliant talk titled “Public Speaking with Confidence.” 🔥

max hopkinson is the co-founder of both Bind Agency and The Keynote Club — a public speaking club for marketers — so you know his talk was going to be brilliant.

In our "Quick Conversation 🎤 ", I asked Max what “The Key 🔑” is to successful
Client–Agency relationships… and he very quickly said:

🤝 Trust.
Easy to say...but the real work is what it takes to build it.

🛠️ Here is how Max brought it to life:
1️⃣ “Trust starts with fit. Show clients who you are — and who you’re not.”
2️⃣ “We once served in a Client's store for a day… just to feel their culture.”
3️⃣ “Trust grows when you do hard things together — like high-stakes trading meetings, shoulder-to-shoulder.”
4️⃣ “You can survive bumps in the road if the trust is strong enough.”

👥 Max and his brother built Bind Agency on the principle of only serving 10 clients.
Why? Because trust like that takes time, focus, and depth.
