Thierry Ngutegure danced onto the stage at The Marketing Meetup’s Global Conference "Campfire Stories", and delivered a standout talk on being a T-shaped marketer — someone who can wear many hats, but crucially knows when to collaborate. 🔥

Thierry Ngutegure is Head of Data Insight at Soul Agency and describes himself as "the individual who sits between data teams and creative teams, bridging that gap"

🎤 After Thierry's talk, I grabbed him for a Quick Conversation and asked what “The Key 🔑” is to successful client–agency relationships — and what he shared was great.

🔑 Thierry’s Keys 🔑 ? Transparency, Openness & Honesty.

Here is how he brings it to life:
1️⃣ “The first thing I do is show my homework — how I built the idea, how I got here.”
2️⃣ “I tell clients: I am great at this, I am bad at that. I am super honest.”
3️⃣ “If you show authenticity, people feel safe to do the same.”
4️⃣ “There are graveyards full of people with incredible ideas who refused to share them.”
