🎉 This is a first for me because it came about because of the "Quick Conversation" with Nicky Bullard, who talked about some great work for RNIB that she did...with Martin Wingfield when he was at RNIB. So Martin and I started talking and thought we should get the other part of the great Client-Agency relationship involved (him)...and here we are!!

🔥 Martin's key is "Passion":

🙌 This tracks wonderfully with our Quick Conversation with Nicky who also talked about great energy and chemistry.

❓ So I asked how do you bring out that passion in teams? ❓

Martin shared three key principles:

2️⃣ Be motivated by metrics and storytelling – Know the impact you are making.

3️⃣ Commit to learning – Every project should teach you something new.
