This week we have Mays Elansari, until recently the Marketing Director for Subway EMEA being interviewed by Nick Elliott from Booster Consulting Limited for "The Key🔑- Quick Conversations 🎤".

Sharing with us what "The Key 🔑 " is to successful Client-Agency relationships.

⚖️ Mays Elansari has a great balanced perspective on this having been both Agency side before going Client side.

3️⃣🔑 "Alignment, Trust and Chemistry" are the keys and Mays went on to say:

"...It's so important to have all three. It's a great combination to juggle"

Then when we discussed how to gain all three:

⏳ 💪 "You have to put in the time and the effort... if you care about this relationship, you've got to put the time, the energy and the communication....you're dedicating and ring-fencing that time. Because that's the only way that you're going to nurture that relationship"

🔥 I think that recognising and calling out how much time it really does take to nurture a relationship is such an excellent point. We all have so little spare time in the professional roles we have...recognising the relationship as a priority and 'ring-fencing' that time as Mays Elansari puts it, is such an important thing to do. 🔥
