AdForum created the PHNX Awards in 2020 as a way of supporting our industry and proving that nothing can keep creativity down.

Today, the AdForum PHNX is the world’s most accessible and democratic awards show, allowing people with a diverse range of skills from every corner of our industry to celebrate creative talent and outstanding ideas.

To continue this mission, the 2024 PHNX Awards will once again bring together an impressive jury of creatives, marketers, journalists, strategists, agency leaders and consultants – the only jury of its kind. An opportunity that combines creative feedback with potential press coverage.

As a Juror, we were each interviewed:

Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?

PHNX exists to recognise and celebrate great work by great agencies. As a pitch consultant, it is important for me to see where great work is being created!

What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?

The more balanced the jury the better. We all see the work from different angles.

What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?

That feels much more inclusive. This enables the smaller agencies that don't have the dedicated awards budgets to participate.

How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?

Wonderful, inspiring, insightful and effective work!

What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?

Rather than just saying GenAI, I going to say humour.

I want it to be humour....it is timeless, it will always be effective....and importantly it makes us smile.
