Sharing with us what "The Key 🔑 " is to successful Client-Agency relationships.

☀️ "Openness" is a great one, especially when broken down into two type as Em has for Untangld:

Emily elaborated:

1️⃣ "So the first way is openness in thinking. So, open to saying that 'we got it wrong,' open to saying 'Have we gone over this enough times?' 'Have we gone big enough?'...That's really exciting and that really opens up bold thinking and transformational thinking."

2️⃣ "There's also openness in the relationship itself so, open enough to have a hard conversation and say 'Is this far enough?' or 'Has this been good enough?'

📄 🖌️ What I love is that the team at Untangld believe this so fundamentally that they have created a "Client Charter" that is signed by all Client teams.
